Email pw not working?

Hey,

Today I tried to receive my email, but the mail server responded that "authorization failed...enter a new password".[nbsp][nbsp]Any ideas?

Also, this is weird...my netscape browser is not showing the current homepage on FQ...it was yesterday...?

It's hard to say w/o seeing your settings...

One way to assure everything on the server side is setup correctly is to test your account using QuestMail at http://QuestMail.FutureQuest.net[nbsp][nbsp]

If it works there... re-check your settings in your email program, making sure you are using the VMIP- and that your FROM address is set to the same address as the email account you are setting up (the REPLY TO address can be anything).

If that doesn't help -- toss an email to Support@FutureQuest.net letting us know what email program and version you are using as well as the settings you have entered and the error message....
