is there a problem with nine?[nbsp][nbsp]for three days now i haven't had any email on the email account for the domain which is IRMed onto my primary domain?

all the accounts on 'madra.net' are working fine, just nothing coming through on 'punkrock.co.uk'.[nbsp][nbsp]i've sent some test messages and they don't bounce back so they seem to be getting through to the server OK.

they're not showing up in questmail either.[nbsp][nbsp]the account is set up properly my end as i've been using it over the past couple of weeks without a hitch.

[apart from the usual ones of course!]

We just sent a test message to test@punkrock.co.uk and it went into your madra catch-all account without a hitch... this is working via our DNS... notice that if you send a message to punkrock via an account on our servers (madra) it should be visiable in QuestMail...

Via a traceroute (http://www.domainwatch.com/nph-trace.cgi?host=punkrock.co.uk) it seems the problem is that the domain name has not yet transferred to our servers.[nbsp][nbsp]You'll need to work with http://www.nic.uk to try and get that part of it straightened out.[nbsp][nbsp]Also note the name servers at http://Register.FutureQuest.net

i've just got your test email and another email sent to that account today but as i say haven't received other emails that i know have been sent within the last day or two.

going to www.punkrock.co.uk (http://www.punkrock.co.uk) in my browser i see that you are right as i am getting the redirect page which i left on my previous server.[nbsp][nbsp]i'll have to hassle the nic.uk people and see what they're playing at.

i'm still curious as to why the account's been working properly in the past tho'.[nbsp][nbsp]any ideas?

It just depends on from where you are accessing it.[nbsp][nbsp]If from a server, such as ours, that has the DNS set to point to its FQ location then it will work.. if from a location that is not pointing to it here then it wont.[nbsp][nbsp]For the majority it will not work until the nic info is taken care of.
