Domain Security? Error?

Hi, I am writing this one on behalf of the site I admin a UBB for.[nbsp][nbsp]I got this email in my box this morning and wondered if you guys had an idea why this AOL user is getting this error:

[nbsp][nbsp][nbsp][nbsp]A script launched from one page has attempted to access information from
a page from another domain.
[nbsp][nbsp][nbsp][nbsp]Since this could be used to obtain private information, it is not allowed.

I have to enter "okay" six times before it lets me view the page.

She went on to say it only happens on our site.[nbsp][nbsp]Now I am not 100% sure if she is talking about our main site or our message boards but she clicked on the bbalert which is on our message boards.

Any ideas of what to tell her?[nbsp][nbsp]Thank you!

Not a clue. :( I would certainly ask her to point out exactly where she was and what she clicked when she received the error as this would help pin point what caused it...

Not having any more information than what you reported, this is a guess...but it sounds like this may have been produced by an application the user has running on the PC that is monitoring activity. You might want to ask if the PC the user is using has had any security/monitoring/childwatch/etc. type of software installed.
