Internic confusion ..

Well I think I managed to change my email detail in the 'Internic tools (?)' section. Just to verify with anyone else who's been thru this process, I mailed the form it dutifully sent me with my new details. Reading from another post hostmaster@internic.net is likely to bounce ? Also, what's to stop anyone else changing my details or will the next step in this convoluted process make it clear ? Will I really end up having to fax Internic in the USA Deb ? Seems a real long-winded way just to make a simple change..

They will ONLY honor requests that are made from the email address they have listed as the admin contact.... this is the prevention.

If you do not have that address any longer -- that's where the FAX with LetterHead etc comes in.....

BTW Deb, I've heard Eudora 4 has some strange quirks, that's why I've yet to upgrade. This might have something to do with your filtration problem ?
