A new release of the EMS (Email Management System) will be installed as well as an added module that will encourage even more site owner feedback concerning how well FutureQuest is servicing your needs.[nbsp][nbsp]

* Work will commence around 2am EST June 12th 2000.[nbsp][nbsp]

* This installation/upgrade will take the Service Desk offline for approximately 3 hours.

* Any email sent during this time will be queued and responded to accordingly when the system is back online.

Some of the new features include:

Enhanced SmartAssistant on End User Pages

Improved Searching using Natural Language

Additional Security on Customer Login

HTML Email Messages

As well as a myriad of improvements that will help those of us on the backside of the system to service requests more proficiently all the way around.

In addition to the EMS Upgrade, FutureQuest is adding on the Metrics System![nbsp][nbsp]This tool will help FutureQuest to better understand the site owner's needs by giving current site owners and potential clients another voice in the FutureQuest realm.[nbsp][nbsp]Knowing your opinions helps us to determine how things should be done and, as always, influences the directions our quest takes us on.
