As mentioned in other threads, I will be heading the new FutureQuest Support Team. The newest addition to the team is Duff DeVaul.
Duff has been a FutureQuest client since July of 1999, and he will soon be training to answer Sales and Support email, as well as helping out in the forums and other areas. He has worked in Customer Service and Technical Support in the past, and having taught classes in hardware/software training, he should prove to be a welcome addition to our Technical Support Team :)

I appreciate the opportunity to grow with FutureQuest and I am looking forward to serving everyone. It is nice to be working for the best web-hosting company out there.

We'll have to work on the three total posts...[nbsp][nbsp]Nonetheless, it would be improper of me to not say:
Welcome aboard,
Duff :)
p.s.[nbsp][nbsp]Supporting sounds much more pleasant than serving, assuming Justin lets you choose such diction.

As I wave my magic wand...[nbsp][nbsp]POOF, all is well... As confusion sets in... what changed?
--Have you read the sequel to the Dictionary?[nbsp][nbsp]It's called the Thesaurus-- Careful!!![nbsp][nbsp]Would you really wish that upon the fellow questies?[nbsp][nbsp];)
I just learned that the archaic definition of "Dan" is master or sir.[nbsp][nbsp]Cool.

With the exception of Deb (no offense intended), I believe the correct phrase would be "Another Dude."
