Many of you know I surf quite a few forums across the net in addition to randomly surfing your pages just to see 'what kind of stuff we host' ... I can never seem to express how great you all are! (so I'll just keep trying every so often <grin> )
This has been a *very* busy month for TeRRa and I due to the server moves and upgrades, (hey SSL is finally available to those willing to test it out..just hit the A/B/G forum) as such we haven't been as active on the forums as we usually like to be. Yet every time I pop in (which is still every day http://www.aota.net/ubb/wink.gif) you guys are still going strong... I love that!
It's kind of hard to explain but it's easy to get that warm fuzzy feeling when someone emails us with a pre-sales question with words like "I have no idea what I'm doing!" and then they proceed to get an account, hit the forums, ask a couple of questions and within a week or two they are developing like there is no tomorrow! I just want to thank you guys for taking the time to make sure these forums keep the positive attitude they have maintained since they first opened up. It's easy for public forums to become heated... it has not happened here to date, and I'm thrilled about that! Those of you who continue to take the time to help each other are truly appreciated, and obviously, known to be the reason FutureQuest is achieving the name it has.
I also need to thank those of you who have taken the extra steps to put a kind word/button/link on your pages in support of your host -- that's the best advertising anyone could ever want! Totally appreciated! Another area that has left TeRRa and I with a huge smile is seeing the way many of you support FutureQuest on other forums and host directories. Sometimes you just make us laugh, other times we can't help but to be just plain proud, but every time we're thankful! I know we have our growing pains... it's no secret we're not the hugest most well staffed host on the net (we're working on that) but we still hold the record for having the most supportive site owners!
At any rate... I've said it before... will say it again.. and am saying it now... You all are awesome!
Thanks for working WITH us as we build this Community others just call a 'host'.
