New Additions To FQ Tech Support

Most of you that have been on the forums, are familiar with Justin & Del as a GREAT help in many areas of the server, cgi, html etc... The growth of FutureQuest is obvious and the result is Tech Support needed an upgrade http://www.aota.net/ubb/wink.gif

Justin has been officially added to the team today. He will be helping out with answering the Sales and Support emails along with helping to administer the forums (and doing anything else we can talk him into <evil grin> )

We have officially 'initiated' Justin as part of the FutureQuest Tech Support Team. (We plan to do the same with Del very soon). This post is to let you all know that when you receive a reply from Justin, when you have emailed FutureQuest, this is ok and no one is doing anything sneaky http://www.aota.net/ubb/wink.gif

Both Del & Justin will be learning a great deal about the servers over time and hopefully be working toward doing some programming and sys admin work in the future http://www.aota.net/ubb/wink.gif

Del will be official within the next week or two. Justin is beginning now. (gotta love the paperwork involved *sigh*)

At any rate... Please be sure to be kind to them (and of course feel free to give them a hard time too)
