Due to an enormous request for MySQL to be available in a package smaller then the Platinum, we have finally caved in and decided to add it to the Gold package.

It is still not going to be available to the Basic or Silver nor as a "Value Added Service" but is now available to the Gold packages and above.

The resources needed for this powerful engine do have higher equipment and administrative costs, that we cannot justify at this time for anything smaller then the Gold package, but for those of you who are already on the Gold that would like to utilize the MySQL database you need only email your request to Support@FutureQuest.net with your domain name and the password you would like to use for your database (should NOT be the same password as your root account uses!).

For those that feel the Gold is more within their reach and would like to upgrade, as always, there is no fee for upgrades... we simply prorate and charge the difference in price from the package you are on to the package you would like.

This should be good news for the majority http://www.aota.net/ubb/smile.gif

Enjoy!

Deb

Please remember that the disk usage of the MySQL database usage is counted against your particular domain's Disk Space usage... I will be recoding the CNC Disk Space module to include the database storage as well...
