We have made two additions to the Terms of Service found at http://www.FutureQuest.net/tos.shtml
The two additions are shown below.. feel free to view the whole thing again by clicking on the link above.
These two additions shouldn't really affect any of you... if they do affect you and you have a problem with either of them, please feel free to email us and/or post here and we will do what we can to help http://www.aota.net/ubb/wink.gif
As far as I know, anyone who may be some how affected by these two additions has already been contacted and assured everything is OK. Our main reason for these additions is targeted at new accounts more then accounts already established....
Again, any feedback or concerns are welcomed...

--- The additions to the Terms of Service are:
Unlimited Bandwidth: Unlimited Bandwidth means that FutureQuest will not meter your bandwidth usage nor charge you for bandwidth as long as your bandwidth usage remains within the reasonable usage of a community server. Sites that utilize an enormous amount of bandwidth (imagine Yahoo!) need a dedicated server to truly perform well. FutureQuest is a community server and as such needs to fairly distribute our available bandwidth to all of the sites hosted on the FutureQuest server. By "reasonable usage" we mean no more then around 1 gigabyte of bandwidth per day. If your site does go over 1 gigabyte of bandwidth a day, consistently. we may contact you in an effort to help you find a more suitable server for your site. This may or may not be within the same NOC as FutureQuest. We promise to do our absolute best to help you find a suitable server at cost effective prices along with helping your transition (if it does in fact mean moving) to go along smoothly.
Public Distribution At times, many site owners enjoy giving away the services they purchase from FutureQuest. We too, enjoy helping others and enjoy the true spirit of the Internet. After all, it's free information that makes this medium so great. Unfortunately not everything is free. As such, if you choose to give away, and/or sell, your email accounts, bandwidth, cgi-bin usage, or any other service we offer you, we do reserve the right to contact you and request/demand it stop, if the resources being used are above and beyond the reasonable usage of a community server.
We have agreed to host/service you and your site only. It is best, if you are distributing images, to have the visitor download the image and store it on their own server. The same goes for any files and scripts that may be stored on your account. Also remember, that by giving away and/or selling services such as email accounts, the one you give them to, is bound by our terms of service. If they do not follow our terms of service they could put your account in jeopardy.
