Can flash run in any of the FQ servers or any unix based server.Are there any limitations that come with it.....

There's no problem running flash on Unix, no limitations I know of either.

Flash doesn't "run" from the FQ servers: Flash is served like any other file. It's the browser or browser plugin that has to "run" Flash.

Of course, a plugin should never crash (hey, I can dream can't I? :) ), but the first thing I'd check if you know your plugin was working fine before and suddenly when you upload today you can't get the Flash stuff running, is the basics: are you uploading Flash as binary instead of ASCII? I believe Flash files would be corrupted if they were uploaded as ASCII. That SHOULDN'T crash a plugin, but... it could.
