UBB private forum password

I just created a new, private forum on my UBB ver 5.37. How do the users get the password to enter that forum? E-mail a request to me?

I added a note to that effect in the relevant forum description (on Forum Variables, off the Control Panel.)[nbsp][nbsp]The forum description is viewable by all.

The forum descriptions support HTML, even if you have that option turned off for your forums, you can make the "email me" note a clickable mailto link.

Not that you asked :D, but I also use this embedded HTML to offer links to parts of my site as they relate to the various forums.
