The US Gov't, Google, Facebook and major ISPs have been warning of disruptions of Internet connectivity for any machine that was still infected with the DNSChanger malware.

On Monday Jul 9, 2012 any computers still infected with the DNSChanger malware will probably (the FBI says will) lose internet connectivity and will have to contact their ISP for assistance. (There have been some stories in recent days that indicate some ISPs may switch users to their own version of clean DNS servers rather than cut them off however I have not been able to verify this, or what ISPs may be considering this.)
