Activating

Hello, I'm trying to make the site I've created on Joomla activate. I need the following activated before that is possible:

PHP
MySQL
FTP


When I tried to activate the MySQL I was told I needed a username and password. I have no idea what that would be. Where can I figure that out? How to do I active PHP and FTP? Actually I think my FTP is fine, I have the Visionary package, but I don't know about the PHP. I'd appreciate any help in th is matter.

Hello Amber, I have just replied to your email that you sent to the Service Desk on this topic. As noted in my reply, PHP and FTP are immediately ready and available for your use as soon as you receive the Activation Letter for your hosting package (which you did receive a few months ago).

In regards to activating the MySQL....
Have you logged into your CNC already? If not, the access information is contained in the Activation Letter that we emailed to you.

If you have already logged into your CNC, then go to the MySQL Manager to activate MySQL. You will set a password of your choosing for MySQL. We recommend that it be different from the hosting package password.
