Hello everyone,
Perhaps, I could use a reminder on how to switch over from my main e-mail address, the one I use all the time, to another e-mail address that I use less often in Microsoft Outlook. It's been a while since I checked the e-mails in that lesser used address and so forth. :hrmm:
I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Ok, took a look at the above file. Also browsed through the Microsoft Outlook Help Pages.
So far, I'm only able to track down the info on how to add a new e-mail account (i.e. which I already did even before this thread).
But still can't seem to find the info on how to switch from one e-mail address' inbox to another address' inbox in Microsoft Outlook?
For instance, using the Microsoft Outlook's tool send/receive function, I could see how I could send and receive e-mails from all of my e-mail accounts.
But still can't find the info on how to switch from one e-mail account to another?
For instance, webmaster@.... is my main e-mail address whereas I'm able to view its inbox, folders + emails. And admin@..... is my other e-mail address which I can't seem to figure out how to view the admin@.....'s inbox, folders + emails. I recalled being able to switch from one e-mail address to another without any problems in older Microsoft Outlook versions in the past... :hrmm:
I'd appreciate it. Thanks again!

In my Outlook (2003) I have about 15 email accounts, they all come in to a single Inbox. If you add an Inbox column showing the accounts you can tell where they came in.
Same with mine (v 2007), all accounts flow into the one inbox.
My accounts are all POP, and have no folder structure out on the server, other than the usual inbox/drafts/sent/Trash.
