SMTP Problem - mail not going

[Refresher]

I am unable to send mail through my SMTP server, and I can't fathom why.
Can someone please interpret the error message Windows Live Mail gives me and let me know if the error is with my software or the server.
I can't attach, so the message is at www.roden.net/mailerror/mailerror.jpg

Your ISP is one of the many ISPs that block access to port 25, the SMTP port. FutureQuest offers alternative ports for this reason; 1025 and 587
