ezmlm and outdated addresses

Have recently had oddities with subscribers 'disappearing' from a listserv which I maintain.

Then it occurred to me that I'm never notified when a (presumably, newly invalid) email address causes a bounce to ezmlm.

Does ezmlm simply delete addresses to which (my/'its') messages bounce?
