Possible to Restore my Wordpress Site?

Tonight I downloaded, installed and ran a backup plugin called Automatic Wordpress Backup. It's supposed to backup everything to Amazon S3 and it appeared to do so but now all my photos I posted are gone. I'm not sure what it did or didn't do and have a support request in to them. Can FutureQuest restore my site? I have MySQL database backups but that won't restore the photos will it?

It is probably possible that we can do a restore the data. However, there are some things to be aware of that would likely encourage you to attempt to fix it on your own...

1. We charge for restores.
2. Our backups are almost 24 hours old now so almost a day of changes would be lost.

If you need us to restore the data then please send a request to the service desk. Be as specific as possible (file names, directories, database, tables) as well as what time the problem happened so we will know what to restore.

I have already locked the backup of your databases from last night so they will not be replaced in a couple hours when the nightly backups run.
