SEVEN suffered a disk I/O hang which required time to resolve...
The server has been reset and is now back online...
The extended time to resolve was also caused by a cellular communication problem where Ezra was unable to repair the issue and required either Kevin or myself... We will be investigating why the cell calls did not come through to either of us... I was still on call (dinner + movie), even after an 18 hour stint, watching for any PHP problems from tonight's upgrade...
Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused, and we will learn from this situation and try to ensure this does not happen again...
