I have quite a few forwarding aliases set up on my account tonimcconnel.com, which has several IRMs, one of them being gaia-enterprises.org.
One alias is 'sales' for IRM gaia-enterprises.org. Email to this alias I had mistakenly set up to forward to another alias, tm, which in turn forwards to my mailbox 'toni' but it was coming through just fine regardless. I recently set up 'support' to forward to my mailbox 'toni' but it does not come through. (Both these were sent to my IRM gaia-enterprises.org - i.e., sales@gaia-enterprises.org and support@gaia-enterprises.org.) All my mail to my top domain tonimcconnel.com comes through fine - except if I address it to tm or toni.
Because my problems with anything on Futurequest tend to end up being caused by something dumb I did, I have spent at least an hour trying to figure this out, changing the forwarding from tm to toni, toni to tm, and now email to NEITHER sales nor support comes through (sales WAS coming through before before I tried to fix things), whether I use tonimcconnel.com or gaia-enterprises.org as the domain.
I have used up every bit of intelligence I have and am at a dead end. Could it be that this time there really is something wrong with my mailbox? 8=)

SIGH. Now some of them have shown up. I don't remember how many I sent altogether, but certainly more than have come through. Internet bottleneck? Wait to respond if you want to and let's see what happens over the next few hours. Nothing you can do if the problem is a spam siege tying up resources.

Your SpamAssassin is set to delete emails at a score of only 1.1. That's an extremely low score. I would suspect these emails are being deleted.
For us to investigate we would have to search the mail logs. In order to search for a single email in the logs we need the following info for that email:
Email Adress sent TO
Email Address sent FROM
Date, Time & Time Zone when sent.
You can email this information to the Service Desk and we can search the logs.

Thanks, Sheila. The reason I set Spam Assassin to 1.1 is that my mailbox contains spam to real mail ratio of about 10 to 1 even at 1.1. In case that is indeed the problem, though, I have reset it to the default of 5.1 and we'll see what happens.
However, if it is my Spam Assassin setting, it doesn't make sense to me that a message sent to sales was coming through but the identical message sent to support didn't. Now it seems that some of each have come through, some of each haven't. But as I suggested last email, let's see what happens now before I put you to any more trouble. If they all start coming through now you will be proven right again! Thanks, as always, for such speedy response.

Without seeing the mail logs and SpamAssassin scores, it is just impossible to answer questions as to why one of the emails came through and another didn't.
If you don't manage to resolve the problem on your own, do send the suggested information from above to the Service Desk and we'll take a look.

OK, after changing Spam Assassin back to default, problem remains.
All emails were sent FROM Toni@OldWomanWalking.com
Some were sent TO sales@gaia-enterprises.org
Some were sent TO support@gaia-enterprises.org
Some were sent to both
Times were 12:45, 12:54, 12:55, 12:57, 12;58, 1:06, 1:18, 1:18, 1:51, 1:51, 3:53, 5:53, and 6:03 (you can't say I didn't try!), all pm, Mountain Time, Sept 5.
Here's what I did after sending the emails myself : I had a friend send me an email FROM BCCole@acm.org addressed to sales@gaia-enterprises.org with cc to support@gaia-enterprises.org. This email is timestamped 5:13 pm Mountain time 9/5. The TO email came through but it is not in my Questmail box and I have not set Questmail to delete messages when they are downloaded so it should be there. The CC did not come thru at all. For a couple of hours now I have not rec'd anything at all in my Questmail box, not even spam.
NOW I just sent an email to myself at toni@tonimcconnel.com from Questmail. It is in my sent folder but so far is not in my inbox nor has it arrived in my local mailbox. This is timestamped 9:24 pm Eastern.
One last piece of info: I get my mail through Gmail but I disabled Gmail for my tonimcconnel account and that did not fix it so I'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with Gmail.
In searching the mail logs we do not see any messages sent via SMTP from oldwomanwalking.com today, I cannot access the QuestMail logs and for messages sent from there you would need to send an email to the Service Desk so we can assign it to the appropriate technician.
Additionally if you use Gmail to POP your email accounts the settings for leaving messages on the server would have to be set with Gmail as QuestMail dors not control that.
I would suggest setting up a special POP account, and check it only with a POP email client or QuestMail and use that for testing to try and isolate any issues.
In searching different mail logs I did note a number of messages from what appears to be your Gmail address to addresses at gaia-enterprises.org and if that address forwards to or is accessed by Gmail then the problem may lie with Gmail, as it has been noted in the past that messages from Gmail to a second address that is forwarded back to Gmail seem to be dropped by them...

Hi, Bob...
I did mean I set up Gmail to leave mail on server. I misspoke myself. I disabled Gmail account for a while this afternoon and still could not get email so I don't think it's them. Also, the email I sent to tonimcconnel account directly from Questmail did not arrive either. Anyway, I'll send an email as you suggest and we'll see if techs can find out what's going on.

Hi, Bob...Just for the record, I did set up special POP account for tonimcconnel.com as you suggested, sent test emails, they did not arrive. Email for technicians forthcoming. I have removed tonimcconnel.com from Gmail just to keep things tidy for technicians.
