UBB version 5.28

Justin upgraded my 'freeware' UBB to the leased version of UBB 5.28

Seems to be working fine, I'll try not to break it soon.

Wow... like 5.28 just came out one day and the next 5.29 comes out. Makes me think the 5.25 version was really buggy.

May upgrade during my March vacation. (Like the unregistered posting feature, but am reluctant on some of the other changes). Who knows at this rate maybe Ted will be up to version 5.5 by then... http://www.aota.net/ubb/smile.gif

Right after I installed 5.29 I clicked on the 'check version' thingus (to test how the new design works, still like my own version better). The page it returned said my version was 5.29, and that the current version was 5.28. Was kinda spooky there for a bit, wasn't sure if I'd made up that I really had 5.29 yet or not... :-)

Teds classic case of forgetting to amend the version number in Ultimate.cgi You would think that he would remember something as important as that more often.. Personally Del I'm waiting for ver 5.3* when the old style private forums with password are reinstated. Then I'll upgrade.

I'm really looking forward the old style passworded forums as well. I like tweaking on this stuff though, so I end up taking almost every release he puts out http://www.aota.net/ubb/smile.gif
