Hello,

I am using "Constant Contact" and I have my own SPF and DKIM keys, can you all add them to the DNS for me?

Will you provide me with DKIM keys for email sent through your service?

Hello,

Please send an email to Service@FutureQuest.net with the domain name involved, also please send the email from the listed contact address for the account.

Thanks,
Bob

So is that a yes?

I am asking if these things are possible, as you've noticed I dont personally have an account with your service, I'm trying to help out one of your customers.

I need to know if it is possible for your company to add the records, and how much. Also if its possible to do DKIM on outbound emails from your service.

thanks.

Hello,

FutureQuest provides DomainKeys at this time and as part of the DomainKeys standards ISPs may use a single key which we do and we would be unable to provide that key for security reasons.

DKIM is not yet supported however we are investigating it, there seems to be some disagreement as to any real benefit, and private individual DomainKeys are not supported.

SPF can be added to the DNS for a domain hosted here at FutureQuest, by request, as long as we manage the DNS for that Domain and the exact SPF record desired must be provided to us by the account holder for entry.

Adding a SPF record for a domain may break forwarding aliases pointed at sites that check mail for SPF records as we do not provide SRS.
