CNC access down???

In the midst of working on my account in CNC minutes ago, I get an error:
Error: Can't connect to system database (connection error)10001

And now cannot access the CNC pages on at least two of my accounts. What's up? (or down?)

One of our administrative servers that the CNC requires access to was down briefly.

It is back up now and you should be able to access your CNC now.

Uh..... just a hiccup? They're back up again. Scary, but I guess (hope) temporary.
