The HC03 server has suffered a disk failure that will require replacement. Kevin is on his way to the Data Center to conduct the maintenance.
Downtime is expected to be about 30 minutes or less for the disk swap.

I assume the server was down at the time of the first post, when you wrote "The HC03 server has suffered a disk failure" so the 14 minutes is just the time it took to fix and the server was down longer.
The Server was not down at the time of the first post, just one disk failed and was kicked out of the Raid array.
Actual downtime was the time posted...
Sorry for the delay in replying as I just noticed this post, somehow it escaped my attention earlier.

There was a momentary blip on the server when the disk first failed a few minutes before Bob's initial post. The disk failed totally which is a bit unusual. That caused the RAID controller to hang and even prevented the network interface from responding for a couple of seconds. But then the RAID did what it was supposed to do. It kept the server going and yelled at us to fix it.
