My domain isn't transferred yet, can I still
install CGI scripts (UBB, and auction script)?

Wherever possible avoid using your full domain url (http://www.yourdomain.com) ...

Where you do NEED to use the full url you will have to use the temp one for now and then change it to your real one once it's propagated.
