I just put a support ticket in, it is in my list but I have not received the usual auto reply, just thought you might like to know :)
Hello Pete,
One of our filtering rules kicked in for your ticket which results in no Autoresponse being sent however we do have the ticket and are looking at it.

Ok, thanks Bob, I didn't get a notice email from this forum when Sheila replied to a thread, so I assumed it might be a bigger problem somewhere, however I did get this one so it must just be a glitch.
No rush with the ticket, you can get a coffee first :)
