View Full Version : Second reply to return receipt mail not in sent folder

I replied twice to an e-mail that requested a return receipt. The first reply is in my sent folder but not the second. I sent a receipt for the first but not the second (in case that matters). I don't know if this is a bug or if I accidently didn't send the second. They were sent to Regina (the "to" field contains her full name). There are two entries for Regina in my sent folder, but one is just the receipt that was sent with the first e-mail. I'll contact the service desk with details if I have to. Did I send the second e-mail to Regina or not?

The Service Desk is the best place to ask questions like this, because we need details such as the email addresses. If I'm searching for the correct address, which I think I am, then you sent two messages, at 5:15 PM and 11:40 PM.

I sent a receipt for the first but not the secondOops, that's wrong. I sent the receipt at 5:15 PM when I first read the e-mail. The 5:15 e-mail you saw is the receipt. Then I replied twice after 11 PM. I'll e-mail the service desk.

I'll see if I can reproduce a bug before I write to the service desk. I thought I did, but then I deleted the evidence from my sent folder and those don't end up in the trash, then I couldn't reproduce it again.
