Guestbook, HEEELP!

I tried to install the guestbook offered by FutureQuest. I put the guestbook.cgi file in my cgi-bin. But when I click on "Add to the Guestbook" on my guestbook.html file, I get error 500 "Premature end of script headers". (But what does that mean?!!) What's wrong?

Thanks so much. I could have spent my whole life trying to install it...
There must be some magic here, cause I go to bed with tons of problems and when I wake up, everything is solved!
