Hi.
Question 1: Is there a newbie-proof step-by-step guide (free or nominally priced) for setting up a membership website anywhere?
Question 2: Failing that, is there a low-cost software package that anyone could recommend? (Problem: It will have to allow me to translate customer-viewed pages into Japanese!!)
