How could I back up email when my only email client is Questmail? I just want the Important folder in Questmail backed up without doing each email individually. If I have to backup everything, that's OK too. It's OK if I'd need an email client to read or restore the backup, but I don't want to download one just for backing up.

FQ does not provide direct access to mail files. You will need an IMAP client/app constantly running somewhere. Although I haven't tried them, probably a search on "imap backup" will yield some results.
