Trouble with links in Windows Mail

I just downloaded Firefox 2.0 and suddenly links in Windows Mail don't work: "Windows cannot find [address]"

How do I get Windows Mail to use Firefox for the links, as it used to do?

I've noticed this too running Vista 32-bit, windows mail, and firefox. Interestingly, if firefox is open already everything works fine. Also if firefox is not open and I click an email link I get the error message but a second later as soon as firefox opens the link does in fact open in firefox.
