Slow emails?

Is there another email problem? We are noticing a delay of over 15 minutes.

All systems are operating normally and a quick test shows no delays. If the raw headers show a delay in our system, could you please forward them to the Service Desk for us to have a look?

For the curious reader - the headers of the message revealed there was a delay on a remote mail server that was involved.
