I have this probably somewhat silly
question:
I want to upgrade from "Basic" to
"Silver", and I suppose this is done
on the pages
1. http://www.FutureQuest.net/Order/
and
2. http://www.FutureQuest.net/Order/virtual1.php?package=2
Now, I realize that I should select the
option "This domain is already on a
FutureQuest (change existing account)",
and that I should enter the existing
domain name as domain name.
Now, if I enter my existing username and
existing password into the "Desired
username" and "Password" fields, I need
to know that there's absolutely no
possibility that my existing "Basic"
account is "reset" (e.g. directories
cleaned, files disappearing etc etc):
All I want is 25 more MB space (total
50) and 5 more MB bandwidth (total 10).
I don't want any kind of new/reset/etc
operation being performed on my account,
though.
Now, I realize that this question might
seem a bit paranoid, but I'm asking it
anyway since it's the same mechanism to
order an new/empty account as it is to
upgrade an old. (As far as I've been
able to find out.)
