Hi
My SSL cert is up for renewal in a few weeks. As this is the first time, I'm wondering what is the process?
Mainly do you have to pay to have the certificate reinstalled?

Once you have obtained the updated cert from the cert issuer, just send an email to Service@FutureQuest.net and let us know that you need the updated cert installed. You will need to provide the cert/key (and passphrase if the key is encrypted) or information on where we can obtain the files (the URL at the cert issuer's site or the location of the files within your FutureQuest account). If you choose to supply the files within your email to the Service Desk just be sure to copy and paste them as the Service Desk doesn't accept attachments for security reasons.

Once we receive the necessary files, we will have your updated certificate installed within 24 hours. There is no additional charge for us installing the updated certificate.
