need help finding name servers...

I am still unable to upload my page.. i tried uploading to my IP address, but still getting temporary page when you go to my site on the web, i shut down my firewall... and then got messages that my server was down.... I would like to try and update my name servers as someone suggested, but i can't find where to plug in the new NS1 information...
i appreciate everyones patience...

Hello Elizabeth,

To update your name servers you would contact your Domain Registrar and either they will change them for you or they will have a Control Panel where you can login and change them.

When I view the IP address I believe is assigned to your domain I see a web page obviously created by you. You may need to force a browser reload/refesh by using SHIFT+reload, CTRL+F5 (or in some cases Shift+CTRL+Reload) to see the updated page.

It helps to post URLs for folks to be able to take a look at when troubleshooting as well.
