canceling account

It's been so long since I've cancelled one of my many accounts, I've forgotten where to go. Anyone know?

To request account cancellation visit, Http://www.FutureQuest.net/Cancel/ and fill in the appropriate information. Once the form is submitted you will receive an immediate auto response requesting confirmation. After confirming the request the main account, as well as any Value Added Services and Sub-Accounts dependant on the main account, will be removed from the system.

Download and save a current backup of your files before submitting the request for account cancellation .

How's this for an Official looking response :)
