Does anyone know how a site gets the subheadings listed when Google searching?

For example, when you Google "FutureQuest" it shows the following:

FutureQuest Professional Web Hosting Services
Professional website hosting including php, safe_mode off, secure mode, cgi, mysql, python, perl, ssh, telnet, mailing lists, email, professional hosting, ...

How do you get the subheadings listed with Google - Website Hosting Packages, Go To Your CNC, Contact, QuestMail?

Thanks!

Here's (http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/ui-fun-better-snippets/) a thread on it, but there's not much information, at least in the top post.

According to Google the selection and presentation is done algorithmically. If you are interested in how it is done there is a Google patent application (http://appft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PG01&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=%2220060287985%22.PGNR.&OS=DN/20060287985&RS=DN/20060287985) that explains the details.
