I am looking for a web designer to make for me a simple site with some database. Prefer PHP and MySQL but open to advice. Prefer small business whiz. Please help me find one.

Tell us more. What sort of functionality do you need? Forum? Flash? Commerce? Is it a porn site?

It is a science site. I need to keep members and groups profile in the database, have a discussion list, members only site so restricted access (kind of extranet), a couple of web forms for requesting software (not commercial, no money exchange so no commerce) and some metadata that can export as xml. Forum not required now but not ruled out. Estimated 25 pages max.
