Is there anyway that we can setup file-based SpamAssassin Whitelists and Blacklists, so that instead of entering lines in the whitelist and blacklist boxes we could just point them to a text file on the server.

This would be very helpful to us because we have a large number of users using the same copied profile (we don't want to use spam assasin global) and it a real pain to copy that profile over for a ton of users each time we add a line to the Whitelist.

You may be able to use "Also apply these settings to:" at the bottom of the "Edit SpamAssassin Filter" page to update the SA settings for everyone when you make white/blacklist changes.

Of course, that wouldn't work if the email addresses are spread across different FQ packages, or if people have individualized their SA settings.

That's what I'm doing, but it's still quite a plain if you have 50+ addresses, even more aliases and 30+ blackholes that you don't want to check off.

Yeah - that form could really use a "Check All" option.

If you're checking them off with the mouse, it's a little easier to just check the first one, then play a drum roll with TAB-SPACE-TAB-SPACE-TAB-SPACE-...
