FutureQuest has received two service tickets this morning regarding two separate FutureQuest hosted sites that their mail and web sites were no longer working.
Investigating these issues resulted in our learning that both Domain's were registered through Registerfly.com. Those that follow domain registration issues will be aware that Registerfly.com has been the subject of much news of late and officially had their ICANN Accreditation revoked on Mar 31, 2007.

On April 17, 2007 a Restraining Order was issued requiring Registerfly to turn over all underlying domain registration information. This was believed to have been for the purpose of allowing ICANN to arbitrarily move the domain registrations to another Register allowing the domain registrations to be unaffected by the loss of Accreditation.

However there are reports that Registerfly may not have had, or chose not to provide, all underlying data. In any event at least two FutureQuest Hosted Domains have had their DNS entries removed from the root name servers within the last 12 - 24 hours.
At least two reputable, and I am sure others, Domain Registrars have special information for Registerfly clients, Network Solutions and GoDaddy, at the below links.

If your domain was registered with Registerfly then you need to take immediate action to ensure it either is unaffected and has been transferred to a new Registrar or arrange to have it's Registration moved as soon as possible.
If you find your domain was affected by this then once you have arranged for the domain's Registration to be updated you will have the normal propagation period, just as if you had ordered a new domain.
More about propagation can be read here:

If in the process of transferring an affected domain you find you have to indicate the name servers your domain should be pointed to you will find that information here:

The best of luck to any that are affected by this breakdown in the Domain Registration process :blah:
