Advisory only. Repairs have already been completed.
Although all servers were updated for Daylight Saving Time, and are showing the correct time when queried, time functions processed through PHP were not showing the correct times earlier today, and were an hour off.
PHP seemed to be unaware that we were on daylight saving time.
Apparently, PHP maintains its own Time Zone database, and does not use the system time functions.
This situation has been corrected. Repairs have been completed and PHP should now be returning the correct time.
