The ZOOMER Server has suddenly gone down without any warning.

We have rebooted the server and expect it to return to service momentarily.

ZOOMER is now back in service.

This appears to have been a hard lockup within the kernel. Therefore we were not able to successfully soft-reboot the server and had to do a hard reboot.
