add a 2nd FTP account

I want to add a 2nd FTP login to my Platinum account?[nbsp][nbsp]I also want to restrict the access for this secondary FTP login.

I have gone through the support library, but no info. regarding this is available.

I have searched the public Solutions Database here:
http://service.futurequest.net/tech/support for keywords: "FTP account" .. and the resulting Ref. #000320-0006 says in part:

..."You'll also be able to specify which directory you want this account to provide access to so that anyone who uses the account can not browse to other areas of your web site."

And of course, to order the additional account, you would use the following form: http://www.futurequest.net/Order/vas.php?service=4 (just make note that is the second FTP for your platinum package)
