Article Display followed by reader comments

Hello,

Does anyone know what the name of this web page or web form is called, it is where the article is displayed and right below is either in some cases a form box or link to a form box where the reader can make comments and post them back under the article.

There are various arrangements of this process, but I don't know what the feature is called, or where to find the code.
