one click turn sound off, sound on in firefox?

Anyone have an extension that allows an easy one-click way to turn sound on and off in firefox?

When I'm listening to online music in itunes, etc. I'm tired of loud blasts from web pages I'm browsing blurting over the music and giving me a heart attack :)

I would love to be able to do this too. I asked about it (http://www.aota.net/forums/showthread.php?t=17723) some time back and it didn't seem possible, but maybe something new is out.

Since you use firefox perhaps an extension like this (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1765/) would work.

* This extensions **doesn't** block the music/movie/ads within a Flash file.
...but you can also use the invaluable extension "FlashBlock" - I wouldn't be without that one. It'd be my choice if I couldn't have any other extension, I think! Soooo much obnoxious Flash out there.
