The only place that I have been able to find that included a download from their own site is this one:
http://cgi-bin.bellglobal.com/datafiles.html

All of the other references to cougalinks seemed to lead back to cougasoft.org which, at least this AM is not responding.[nbsp][nbsp]The above link does not indicate which version though.[nbsp][nbsp]

All of the references that I have seen in my search have been to 3.7.
