anyone else getting "number" emails?

I am getting them under different subjects but all have a 5 digit number. It doesn't make any sense to me.

By an amazing coincidence, I received it just after watching Scrubs, and the sender was "Zach Braff".

Oddly I have seen none, but have no shortage of spam. My SA score is 3.7 set to delete, maybe that's it.
