I need to find a way to stop the popup adds that take over my browser, can some one tell me how I can do that?

Hi,

The easier way is to turn off the javascript support in your brower. Most of the popup add are written by javascript. It's in the advance section of brower preference setting.

However, you will also lose the website functions(if any) which are implemented[nbsp][nbsp] by javascript.
