Second FTP account included in gold plan

Hi,
I want to know how to setup the second FTP account that comes with the gold hosting plan I have paid.

The thing is that i want to setup this second FTP account, not to purchase another one and pay $5 monthly.

Actually, it is the "Platinum" package that includes the second FTP account, otherwise it would need to be ordered as a Value Added Service.

I don't know the reasoning from FQ's end, but it would make sense to me that the Gold Plan would come with a second FTP account.

Seems like the major upgrade points are

From Basic Account
+ Need more Disk Space or Bandwidth -> Get Silver Account
++ Need SQL -> Get Gold Account
+++ Need "all" the bells and whistles -> Get Platinum Account

Makes sense, but an extra FTP Login doesn't seem to me to be "bells and whistles".[nbsp][nbsp]Especially considering there is like 150 POP accounts (or there abouts ;) ) that come with the Gold Plan, you would *assume* that more than one person would be involved with the site.[nbsp][nbsp]Just seems strange to me.

FTP and Email are in two different categories of resource needs...[nbsp][nbsp]For this, I will only discuss FTP...

1) Management of the FTP accounts is a privileged task[nbsp][nbsp]- which means that I have to manually set them up.
2) Chews up 2 ports during operation: Data and Command channels
3) Higher bandwidth needs
4) Higher memory needs
5) Limited number of available connection slots without compromising performance
6) Subject to abuse, as we recently saw with someone using an extra FTP account to upload pirated DIVX movies to the server.
7) Would rather minimize the number of people with access to the server.

If you really need it, then it's a bonus option in the Platinum package or available as a VAS...[nbsp][nbsp]This way, the site owners with a serious need have the option for doing so...
