Hi,

Your package is not on the SIX server (and this issue is resolved).

I am not seeing any emails in your POP account on the server.

Please send all of the details, including the following information regarding specific emails that you expected but have not been received, to the Service Desk (http://Service.FutureQuest.net) and we look into this further:

Email address sent to:
Email address sent from:
Time sent (specify timezone):
Date sent:

We need all of the information above in order to investigate specific emails.

The only mail I should have received were 2 tests sent from my site's contact form that are sent through a forwarding alias. They just came through, although it took about 10 minutes which is longer than what I've experienced with former tests.

Thanks Melissa,
Patti

Hi Patti,

Glad they came through. As they are sent to an external network, they may have had problems at that end. (Assuming you're talking about one of the forwarding aliases you have set up in your CNC.) Everything looks good on this side of the fence.

In any case, glad you got them and hope any further emails are fast for you. :)

Actually I just now checked my inbox and found that 5 other test emails I've sent to my forwarding aliases failed so I'll pop over to the Service Desk with the details.

Thanks so much.

Hi Patti,

Be sure to send along the full headers of the email:
http://service.FutureQuest.net/kb107

(Also, be sure to copy and paste them as the Service Desk doesn't accept attachments for security reasons.)
